Printed on cheap paper, far from poster standard price. Images also mostly in grey scale which makes it hard to see from a distance. Black would be better. Like the fact that so many exercises are featured in poster as quick reminder of routine. In short use better paper and darker ink Merrithew.

Good poster and print just big enough to view at a reasonable distance

I found this item completely useless. I wanted a poster that I could place on the wall which clearly showed the positions you can use the reformer in, of a good quality format with large images to see from a small distance. However, the images were far to small and of very poor quality. A complete waste of money.

I wanted an easy-to-read poster to give me ideas of pilate moves withough having to watch a video or have papers printed out. This is perfect! The pictures are crystal clear. The moves it shows are excellent for intermediate pilates. The quality of the poster surprised me because it's GOOD quality. I have purchased wall charts in the past from other companies, and the material is usually too thin (cheap) or too thick (laminated). This is a strong, quality material. I will definitely be purchasing the beginner and advanced charts soon to complete my collection.The only thing I wish is that the seller could possibly make smaller versions of this, as well. How awesome would that be?!
