You just need to have the correct diameter and sturdy pipe that doesn't flex easily. Multiple diameters are OK due to the selection of set screws provided to stabilize the antenna. The picture below shows a temporary placement of the antenna that I plan to move in the future. Though our home is surrounded by mature trees, this mount gives me a clear view of the sky as needed by Starlink. We have seasonal high winds throughout the year that can reach 40-50 mph and the antenna is steady. The set screws have not loosened throughout all weather conditions.

I believe that the materials that were utilized in the construction of this adapter are of a very high grade. The design, which has been thickened, may be described as strong, and it seems to have been constructed with longevity in mind. On account of the fact that the wind may be pretty strong in the area where I reside, I had some worries about the weather conditions. Despite the fact that there are powerful gusts, I believe that this adaptor is sturdy enough to keep the Starlink dish in position firmly. Despite the fact that I used it to place the dish on my roof, it has not moved or shifted in any way, not even during the storm that occurred more recently. In my opinion, this bears a great deal of weight for its overall stability. It was really easy to understand how to complete the installation procedure, which was something that I really loved. Not only did the kit have all of the required hardware, but the instructions were also quite easy to understand. In less than an hour, I was able to successfully make all of the necessary preparations. Due to the fact that I most certainly am not an expert in these types of installations, I found the simplicity to be quite appealing. Additionally, I appreciated that the mounting bracket could be adjusted to ensure that the dish was level. The pipe adapter was a great match for the Starlink dish. It is my opinion that the simplicity of the installation process makes this kit an excellent option for those who are seeking a do-it-yourself solution.
