I really like this one, after 2 years of use ordered a second one. This new one came with a problem: the fan made noise. Replaced by Amazon and the next one was even worse: it leaked. This is due to the mechanism it uses to feed the water: it used an airtight container with the hole at the bottom. The channel system makes sure that only below a certain level in the machine, air leaks to the reservoir, so gravity makes some extra water flow to the machine. This one had some fault so it kept slowly feeding water. The machine itself is not watertight, so all the water is on the floor the next morning.The third replacement finally was back on par with my old one!Pro’s:- large container which holds a bit over 5liters.High output of visible water vapour.- Can automatically stop at a certain humidity (30,40,50,60%)Cons:- makes some noise, especially at highest output level. The noise is quite ok only when it reaches the target, it starts to modulate (going on/off or lower in output). This constant change in sound is annoying when you are watching tv, so I often turn it off at that point (and forget to turn it on again)- filling up the reservoir is messy: you need to pull it out at turn it upside down, but it’s wet so you always spill some water on the floor.Protip: by using distilled water you will not have any fog or dust. Add 2 spoons of normal water as the sensors need the minerals to measure the container is not empty.

I have purchased 3 of these over the past five years. Our hard water destroys them, it’s not a reflection on the device. It’s too expensive to fill with purchased water daily and we go through a tank a day to keep our rooms at 45%. This was the first with Bluetooth to an app. My only complaint is that sometimes those anti-calc cartridges are out of stock.
