These are just what i was looking for. I use the weights as ankle weights to strengthen my hip. They are comfortable and stay on my ankles without any problems. Love them

I've only used these a few times, so I'll need to report back on the long-term quality, but so far, I'm happy with them. They do move around a little, but they stay put well enough on my wrists, and they give me an easy way to add a wee boost to my at-home workouts.If you don't like the feeling of the weights moving around a little on your wrists, you may want to try a different product all together, because you'll definitely feel these shifting around a little, but it's to be expected with the design, and with that in mind, I think these are still quite good.Over all, I'm happy with these and am happy to recommend them.I received them through the Vine program, but I'm not obligated to give a positive review – it just needs to be honest and helpful. Die Gewichts Manschetten sind super angenehm zu tragen. Sie sind leicht anzulegen und verrutschen nicht. Das Material ist sehr weich, die Oberfläche meine ich. Kann diese Manschetten nur empfehlen

Great weights for wrists or ankles! I have these in the 2lb size and they are great for getting a workout in when you’re doing daily activities. I usually wear them folding laundry and doing my hair/makeup and my arms feel like they’ve had a slight workout when I’m finished!

Easy to put on and take off. Easy to slide the weights around if needed to make more comfortable. I love the light purple matte color. A simple way to upgrade your workouts!

Die gewichtsmanschetten sind super! Man kann sie mit Klettverschluss zumachen, sie sehen nicht nur gut aus, sie erfüllen auch ihren Zweck, man kann damit die Beine und Arme trainieren ob beim Walken, joggen oder Zuhause.Ich werde sie mir nochmal bestellen

das Produkt fühlt sich super an und sieht sehr schön aus. Allerdings sind meine Gelenke zu schmal, sodass die Manschetten nicht fest sitzen und herum rutschen. ich habe sie meinem Mann gegeben, bei ihm passen sie, auch wenn sie mit 1 Kilo eigentlich zu leicht für ihn sind.
