Although I bought this from Amazon Australia, upon receiving the item, I noticed that it did not come with a connecting power lead compliant with Australian outlets. On checking the invoice, I noted that it shipped from the UK.

Love this. I have a 6 year old Go Foil machine which is a Letterpress as well and putting this one against my old one, I'd still give the Go Foil top billing, but the Spellbinders Glimmer Foil Machine is terrific and I haven't had a bad foiling experience with it yet....I just like that I can also Letterpress with the other one without having to buy yet another machine.I can't stress enough the importance of reading the instructions first though....and keeping them handy to refer to each time you go to foil until you get your groove with it.

Great machine. I've always wanted to do foiling and and this machine is great. Does take a few minutes to heat up and you can get some overfoiling ( use ink eraser or stiff brush to remove)The only problem I have is the magnetic pickup tool isn't strong enough for the large foiling plates it only picks up small to medium plates. I need strong tweezers to remove the big background plates ,they had these in the older model but changed it. It can be tricky as I dnt want to burn myself. But otherwise I love this machine.

Used only a few times and stopped heating up. Only purchased on 12/07/2023 stopped working on 28/08/2023. Amazon doesn't want know.
