This "uxcell Aluminum 40 Teeth 12mm Bore 5.08mm Pitch Timing Belt Pulley for 10mm Belt" is slightly under a 12mm bore size, and mine doesn't fit a 12mm rod without compression fitting or boring out. The rod I have fits fine on a 12mm bore flange coupler, so I image it is this pulley this is missized.

Kinda dinged up on the outside surface and teeth of the pulley on delivery but it was wrapped good in bubble wrap so this must have happened at the factory. Not really a big deal for me because it was just superficial able to remedy it with a file and its just for a tool. Not perfect, but good enough.

The pully is well made and very cost effective. I am inteested in other similar uxcell products with different specs.
