This comes in a sealed tub with a measuring scoop. The powder is light brown with a spicy smell, dry and not lumpy. The scoop measures about 6g at a time which contains 3.5g of creatine which is enough for me but some may want 5g+.It's easy to mix especially if mixed into a milk shake or similar. Personally I've had no problems with my digestion with creatine but I've heard it gives some people problems.I've been using creatine for quite a while now and it seems to be helping me to train and build muscle with not obvious negative effects.This has enhanced ingredients and it's too early for me to comment on if they are a benefit or not. I'm not sure why this is marketed as being Keto but I don't fully understand Keto apart from the low carb part.I'm giving this the benefit of the doubt rating wise. If it does prove to be better than my normal creatine then it might be worth the 4 stars but if not it's probably worth 2 stars as it's around 3 times more expensive than standard creatine.

I have used creatine monohydrate powder for a number of years, on and off. (It is not advisable to take it continuously without regular breaks every few months.)Rather than being taken in isolation, it is best mixed into a protein shake or similar.There will always be an element of grittiness with creatine monohydrate powder as it doesn't not dissolve completely in solution - However, this particular brand was noticeably less gritty than my usual product, which is a good sign.This particular product also includes some other ingredients, which are claimed to help with absorption and recovery.On opening the tub the aroma that strikes you comes from the fenugreek, so it is reminiscent of curry.However, once mixed (I add it to my usual daily protein shake) the lemon flavour comes through nicely.At the current price of £29.95 for this 240g pack, this works out slightly dearer than my usual brand. I usually buy 1kg at a time of my existing brand and that means that the equivalent cost to me for 240g would only be around £7.90 - though I am obviously having to commit to a larger bulk purchase to get that improved value.It is too early to tell whether the additional ingredients in this product will deliver such improved performance that it warrants a price that is 3.5 times the cost of my usual brand - I have to say that I have my doubts!I hope you find these comments helpful.

I have been supplementing with this for over a month and the creatine aspect is effective, as I have gained a lot of weight (water weight from creatine) without changing my diet. And I feel more powerful in the gym. The other ingredients are a little weird, and I don't feel that they complement the creatine, they give it a weird taste and odour, almost like urine. It's not pleasant for me to drink so I chug it without tasting.It blends well into water with a hand stir and only creates a few bubbles and a small layer of foam on the top.The creatine took about 4 weeks to take full effect, at 5g of supplementation a day, which is about 2 weeks longer than usual with pure creatine, this is because it is not 100% creatine and has other plant based supplements like fenugreek

Navigating my 50s with a focus on nutrition and fitness, I've been taking creatine monohydrate for some months, along with a little additional resistance training. However, this product caught my eye because it offers a convenient combination of creatine monohydrate alongside fenugreek seed and Ceylon cinnamon bark extracts, both acclaimed for anti-inflammatory effects and blood sugar control, plus antioxidant-rich prickly pear fruit extract.The product dissolves well, just like the pure creatine I've been used to taking recently, and it seems to aid in satiety, possibly due to its blood sugar-stabilising ingredients.While the health benefits of this product align with my dietary goals, the flavour was unexpected to say the least! It is advertised as lemon, but was a very unusual blend of curry and sherbet! Although I enjoy it, it's a bold, distinctive taste that might not suit everyone as it's not the tame fruit flavour you would normally find in these products.Overall, I appreciate the product’s thoughtful ingredient mix aimed at health-conscious individuals and give it 5 stars, despite the unusual taste profile.
