It’s impossible to eat a full sachet of this stuff. If you like gelled cough medicine flavour get this one.

These are an excellent supplement to keep you energised and focused during exercise.At £22.95 they're not the cheapest but you get what you pay for for - you get twelve 70g gels which pack a punch and certainly deliver on the energy front.They are marketed towards footballers and I think they'd be perfect for giving you an energy boost during a 90 minute match. Personally for me I've been using them before mountain biking and find they have kept me focused, alert and full of energy.Flavour wise they are actually very nice and enjoyable if you've got a sweet tooth like me!Great product - reccomended!

It is no secret that a good supplement can improve how you perform, whether that be at the gym or a football game. This Focus90 energy gel by Soccer Supplement is consistently effective at keeping me on my A game, locked in and energised during my weight training and HIIT workouts. The small sachet makes it easy to take on the go to the gym as it literally fits in my jacket pocket. Great value for 12 sachets too!I love this gel as unlike sports drinks, you wont experience any cramps. Furthermore, it is absorbed by your body more efficiently and faster. As it is all natural and scientifically backed, you won't experience that unwanted energy crash. I found that 1 gel provided me with focused energy for up to 45 minutes which is perfect for me to get that pump from weight training. I also did not get jitters despite the high caffeine content (200mg) which I was pleased with.Well priced with a delicious sour cheery taste. 5 stars!Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)
