Produkt somit unbrauchbar! Man muss sich fragen, ob das überhaupt geht: Über USB-C geht die Stromversorgung, aber keine Musikwiedergabe. Klinkenstecker auf Cinch (Koaxial) funzt auch nicht. Wo kommt der Saft her, wenn man den optischen Eingang benutzt?Mangel 2: Keine Deutsche Anleitung! Ist das Produkt überhaupt hier verkehrsfähig? Schon dieser Mangel berechtigt zur Rücksendung. Die Anleitung (chin. und engl.) ist ohnehin ein Witz und nichtssagend.Sorry. Zurück damit!

Artikel schnell und sicher versendet, geringer Verpackungsmüll.Die beiliegende Anleitung ist gut verständlich und wenn man danach Schritt für Schritt vorgeht klappt es auch ganz prima.Nach dem Einschalten dauert es etwa 5 bis 10 Sekunden, bis es bereit ist, reine Gewöhnungssache die nicht stört wenn man das weiß. Das Umschalten zwischen den einzelnen Sendern geht rucki zucki ohne Verzögerung.Die Favoritensender (9 an der Zahl) über die FAV Taste und Platz 1 bis 9 abgespeichert, reicht mir persönlich komplett aus. Will ich was anderes hören, dann einfach den ersten Funkkanal aufrufen und weiterschalten, habe über 100 Radiokanäle, ist mir persönlich zu viel was will ich als Südlicht mit einem lokalen Friesensender schon anfangen?Die Qualität ist ganz ordentlich, das Teil ist seinen Preis wert zumal es nicht viele Alternativen gibt.Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Ich verwende den DAC über den optischen Ausgang meines Fernsehers.Folgendes ist mir aufgefallen:- Rauschen/Knistern wenn kein Ton vom Fernseher: das wurde mit einem anderen USB Netzteil behoben. Kenne ich von einem anderen DAC, scheint kein Thema vom Gerät zu sein- kein Ton über optischen Ausgang / SPDIF: Ton am Streaming Client musste auf PCM umgestellt werden- die Bedienungsanleitung ist sehr kurz gehalten und nur für den optimalen Fall ausreichend

Très bonnes prestations pour un prix très contenu. Aucun souffle sur mon installation. On peut se lancer sans hésitation sur l'achat de ce convertisseur. Ne pas oublier de paramétrer la sortie audio du téléviseur en stéréo PCM. Le Bluetooth 5 fonctionne très bien (ce n'est pas de l'Aptx cependant). Le seul défaut, si on peut dire, c'est que ça met en évidence la qualité relative du signal parfois fourni par la télé...

I have the samsung "the frame" tv and was doubting either use the optical or the HDMI/arc for audio output. Both work. (and only the HDMI reacts on the remote volume).The converter has enough dynamic range for my amplifier to be open full throttle all the time and not hear a hiss/noise.Just the power supply should be well filtered. First had a USB supply that caused some chirp/hiss in the audio, so the unit does not have power-supply-filtering.

Works as described, very convenient to get my TV audio to my hifi via the HDMI. Great sound quality for this price. Note: don’t compare this with DACs costing 2x or 3x the price. For casual use it’s perfect.

Leider kann das Gerät kein HDMI 2.1, aber über USB als externe Soundkarte oder Tosslink geht's ja auch. Sound ist deutlich besser als bei meinem vorherigen DAC, Abschirmung auch, Verbindungsabbrüche hab ich keine gemerkt.Für 30€ unschlagbar. Ich hoffe nur das es mindestens die nächsten 10 Jahre seinen Job macht, mein alter DAC hat 8 Jahre lang gehalten bei fast täglichem Gebrauch.

Was soll ich sagen, Plug and Play.Über USB oder Optisch anschließen Boxen dran oder Kopfhörer und Musik genießen.hab noch einen Verstärker dran.für so ein Leichtgewicht sehr beeindruckend.

Hier bekommt man mehr Leistung als der Preis vermittelt! Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

A good little unit - came as described, and was nicely packaged. It's an all-plastic affair, making it light, so I'm hoping it's durability will hold up (understanding that no electronics are meant to be / like being bounced).Very simple connections -- can't really make a mistake, except that all RCA output ports look the same, and you really have to look hard to see which ones are the audio ports, and which one is the video port.I tested the unit with the USB-C input port, and it worked fine (I used it to connect a laptop to a small analog DJ mixer). Choosing which input is done by the power button on the front, with sequential presses 'cycling' through the various input options (indicated by a small light on the front). Once connected to the computer and powered on, it had taken little time to be ready to be used. I do recommend however that when connecting to a computer via USB, to connect first while the unit is off, and then turning it on. I say this because when switching to a different computer or device via USB by just pulling it out and inserting into the next, I seemed to have issues in getting the new device to see the DAC (sometimes not at all). The Bluetooth feature works just fine, and I didn't notice any significant difference in sound quality between a hard connection via USB or wirelessly via Bluetooth (from a mobile phone) -- maybe more experimentation would be needed to determine if this is the case.The one thing that neither online information or the manual gives information about is what audio formats this DAC is able to convert. I was using MP3's as a test, and a friend used his computer with iTunes and it seemed to work ok as well. There are probably limitations, but I didn't do any detailed examination. Also, you need to be a bit cautious about when using certain devices as sound sources (laptops, computers, tv, etc.) that the (operating) system settings know to direct the (hard wire) audio output to the correct port - whether it be USB or HDMI or optical cable.Although pricier than some other units, I like the variety of inputs this unit has, as well as the ESS chip (although it's impossible to find implementation info on this chip in this particular DAC).

Sehr gut gefallen hat mir die Verpackung und natürlich der Inhalt. Nie hätte ich erwartet klangvoll so überrascht zu werden und dass für 29 € ein CD-Player aus den Neunzigern von Pioneer klingt hervorragend die Bluetooth Verbindung unglaublich gut und fantastischer Klang. Es gibt eine größere Version. Die werde ich mir noch mal genauer ansehen aber diesen hier werde ich auf jeden Fall behalten. Mega stark.

I purchased the PS100 to modernize an older amplifier I have so my daughter can use it, but I was curious so testes it out on my other equipment first. And I have to say, this little budget black box punches well above its weight!I own several other DACs (costing up to 4 times as much) and - unless critically listening - I really didn’t notice a major step down. While certainly less refined than my SMSL C100, the sound was bright and detailed, with a lot of punch – making it fun to listen to, particularly when paired with my Sennheiser HD6XX headphones.When connected to my main AV system it was even harder to spot the difference, especially using my Blu-ray player as a budget CD transport via coax (a perfect use case for the PS100 for those with a bunch of old CDs lying around…). As a drummer I pay a lot of attention to the clarity of cymbals, the bass drum, and the bass line – all of which were very defined, and not lost in the mix.As for build quality, there is no hiding the fact that this is a budget device, with a plastic case, only one button, and no remote control. But this simplicity is a feature, not a bug, with it being more of a set and forget device when connected to an AV system via optical or HDMI. Which is the best use case for this DAC in my view – as a simple to use device that can easily upgrade an existing AV system, improving the sound quality and features for next to no money (especially considering it comes with HDMI and USB cables, which together would be half the price of PS100 to buy at a store…). Moreover, the device features more inputs than any of my other DACs, meaning it can be easily integrated with almost any system without needing additional adaptors or cables. Highly recommend!

Premessa (la premessa è lunga ma fa capire perché scegliere questo prodotto rispetto ad altri, se avete fretta potete saltare al verdetto)Ero alla ricerca di un DAC per collegare un lettore Bluray ultra economico e ultra compatto a un sistema KEF Picoforte, che fornisce l'adeguato zerbino musicale alle giornate di smart working (la foto ha lo scopo di illustrare il prodotto). A dispetto delle dimensioni, il sistema KEF suona bene, si tratta di un classico ampli in classe D da 2x35W, in grado di gestire un Subwoofer, abbinato alle casse KHT1005.2 che utilizzano la stessa tecnologia Uni-Q presente negli altoparlanti hi-fi di KEF. Al piccolo KEF era collegato un FiiO D3 a cui a sua volta in cascata c'è un WiiM mini, connesso con cavo ottico.Alla catena WiiM - FiiO - KEF si è aggiunto un lettore Bluray, il cui solo scopo è quello di riprodurre CD musicali. E il Bluray ha solo uscita HDMI.E quindi torniamo all'oggetto della recensione e al motivo dell'acquisto.Confezione essenziale, all'interno c'è il DAC, il cavo USB per l'alimentazione e un cavo HDMI (bene, così non devo acquistarlo, nel lettore ovviamente non c'è), il manuale, la garanzia.L'apparecchio è leggerissimo, completamente di plastica (il FiiO pesa di più, ma perché in metallo), di primo acchito lascia perplessi: potrebbe essere vuoto all'interno e non ne sarei stupito.Connessioni: tante tutte, forse di più. HDMI, Ottico, coassiale, USB, insomma più di quelle a me necessarie. La seconda foto mostra tutto quello che l'apparecchio è in grado di gestire.Una volta collegati i cavi - attenzione, lo spazio è ristretto, se avete cavi di grossa sezione .. beh, qui non servono, usateli altrove, che bastano i classici bianco/nero da qualche euro... dicevo, una volta collegati i cavi, accendo il sistema.Silenzioah, giusto, devo premere sul selettore posto sul frontale .. uno due tre (ma quanti ingressi ci sono?) ecco che arriva il suono. Qualche prova con i miei CD preferiti, poi passo al WiiM con Tidal e qualche file dal NAS.Verdetto.Fa egregiamente il suo lavoro, cioè estrarre l'audio da HDMI e portarlo in analogico sul KEF, stessa cosa per l'audio del WiiM. Mi sembra faccia un lavoro migliore rispetto al DAC integrato nel WiiM, buona profondità e buona ricostruzione della scena musicale - non è impastato, confuso, anzi. le voci e gli strumenti sono dove devono stare.Non ho provato - e non proverò - la connessione USB del pc e la connessione BT (dimenticavo, c'è anche quella) perché non mi interessano.Il cambio di modalità è rapidissimo, basta premere il pulsante sul frontale.Non fa per nulla rimpiangere il FiiO D3, DAC con cui si può paragonare.Non scalda, per il poco che l'ho usato fino ad ora non mi ha dato problemi.Per gioco, l'ho messo a confronto con un DAC Cambridge Audio (il cui prezzo è x10) e con un NAD C388, usando sempre il WiiM come sorgente. Ovviamente sarebbe ingiusto giudicare questo piccolo SMSL con questi prodotti, quindi non lo farò. Ma per 30€ questo apparecchio ha anche le dita.Lo raccomando, se dovete usarlo come convertitore tuttofare in un impianto di piccole dimensioni. A questo prezzo e con queste caratteristiche mi pare non ci sia nulla di paragonabile.Lo vedo bene abbinato al Fosi Audio V3, con cui va a nozze per il limitato numero di ingressi messi a disposizione dall'amplificatore.
