This is a great router set with everything you need to make stuff. It's easy to assemble and do work. It's easy to adjust and maneuver with a lot of power. It has a good weight and feels well-made. This is good for beginners and experienced wood workers alike. This is worth the money.

I have other routers including a Dewalt and this is just as good if not better. It is powerful, accurate and easy to use. It also includes both a battery and charger that makes this a great deal.

I really like the ease of use of this light duty tool. It is great for trimming, routing profiles and other light tasks. It has a solid feel with low vibration and it sounds "right"- no screaming of dry cheap bearings. The adjustments are easy, precise and the dust collection works well enough. The variable speed works great and the soft start in wonderful! Keep in mind this is light duty tool. It's not suitable for mortises and other heavy jobs because the battery will suffer. For the life of the tool it's best to stop anytime the tool starts to heat up. This really is a great value for dollar item that I hope to use for quick jobs when messing with a cord takes longer than I will need the tool.

This little router packs a punch! I was initially skeptical about its power given the compact size, but I was pleasantly surprised. It cuts through wood cleanly and smoothly. The included bits are decent quality, and the adjustable depth is easy to use. I did find the dust collection to be a bit lacking, but it's not a dealbreaker for occasional projects.

This cordless router kit is outstanding. I have two other corded routers that have been great over the years. But since getting this Skil battery-powered router, I haven't used my other routers at all. It is useful for every reason my other, larger routers aren't.Most of what I do involve installing hinges, rounding over corners of molding or other boards, trimming laminates, and other processes that usually can't utilize a table-mounted router. In fact, for much of my work, a conventional router is just too large and actually dangerous. This one is so easy to handle. It runs smooth with lots of power and I can do jobs in any vertical or horizontal position without fighting with a cord or straining to keep it engaged in the work piece. So many things that I would have figured out another way to do (with drill and chisel, for example), I'm able to quickly get done with accuracy. If I had to choose between this router and a larger corded one, I'd get this without question. Just too many things that it does better than a clumsy, corded router.The kit comes with a battery and charger, as well as some other accessories and bits. It's ready to go right out of the box once the battery is fully charged. I love using it and have gotten so much done.I wholeheartedly recommend this router set. I really can't find anything negative to say. Great seller, outstanding product, and lightning fast shipping from Amazon. Order with confidence!
