Prova di taglio rispetto l'archetto da muratore questa taglia di piu, i denti sono piuttosto grandi e tende a impuntarsi percio la giusta tecnica è quella di non spingere quasi niente e sfruttare tutta la lunghezza della sega, si fatica anche con questa ma vuoi mettere la soddisfazione?Lo strumento dal punto di vista costruttivo è impeccabile ottima anche la custodia.

... eine Säge. Keine Wunderwaffe, kein Zauberstab, keine Neuerfindung. Die Länge ist jetzt nicht so spektakulär und einen Handgriff - nun ja, den haben sie wohl alle. Beim Klappmechanismus hat offensichtlich keiner so richtig nachgedacht, denn es ist zwar eine gute Idee, das Blatt zu fixieren, aber irgendwo muss man dazu die Säge auch anfassen und nicht wenige vermuten richtig, dass man das am Griff macht - genau da, wo das Blatt versenkt werden soll. Das hätte anders gelöst werden müssen. Die Stellschraube aus Metall hat einen Kopf aus Plastik - nur eine Frage der Zeit, wann sich dieser Materialmix rächt. Die unerwartete Biegsamkeit desselben erinnert dann doch ein wenig an die "singende Säge" und es kommen schnell Zweifel auf, was passiert, wenn man beim Arbeiten unerwartet auf ein Hinderniss stößt. Die Schrauben sitzen gerade und fest, dennoch nimmt man ordentlich "Soiel" wahr. Der sehr hohe Preis ist vermutlich dem Ansturm geschuldet, den Bushcraft-Fans ausgelöst haben, ich halte ihn einfach für zu hoch und sägen muss man ja doch selbst... Ich habe sie ausprobiert, undzwar ganz bewusst an grünem Holz. Die greift nicht gleich, zwei-, dreimal kurzer Anschnitt musste sein, aber dann lief es gut. Sie ist in dieser Länge definitiv nicht zum Ausästen geeignet, dickere Hauptäste nimmt sie jedoch zügig. Es braucht durchaus ein wenig Übung, die Länge will beherrscht sein. Und egal, was auf yt diesbezüglich gezeigt und beworben wird - es bleibt eine Säge und dem Holz ist ohnehin jegliches Prestige egal. Schnitte ins trockene Holz erledigt sie ohne Absetzen, aber man sollte dafür sorgen, dass der Stamm fest aufliegt, denn die groben Zähne haben genug Kraft, um bei Schub und Zug für ( rollende) Bewegung beim Schnittgut zu sorgen. Fazit: ein teurer Spaß, dem ich jetzt Gelegenheit geben werde, sich zu beweisen. Für " ab und zu " wäre es wirklich zu teuer.-

Die beste Handsäge die ich je hatte. Sie schneidet auch dickere Äste problemlos durch.

This is the third saw from this manufacturer and I love it.I bought this to cut large diameter trees when clearing ATV paths or cutting trees that fall over my cabin lane.It is so fast to cut through trees and branches and with so little effort, it still surprises me after one month of use. The saw has a double safety to prevent accidentally cutting your hand when folding or unfolding. The handle grips nicely, the blade is sharp and thin and zips through trees almost as fast as a chainsaw.It is a pull type saw so don't push on it or you could bend the blade.My first saw was the pocketboy that I have had for 15 years and it still cuts as good as new after a lot of hunting trips and a ton of cutting.This Japanese company knows how to make saw blades and I could not give them a more glowing recommendation. Don't bother with another brand, pay a bit extra and buy this saw and it will last a long time.

Da braucht man keine Motorsäge wenn man die Katanablade 500 hat. Der Gladiator unter den Faltsägen.

stabil,schneidet gut hat alles wunderbar gepast und prompte lieferung

Von allen Handsägen die ich habe sind die von Silky die besten. Der Grund... Schnitthaltigkeit der Zähne und die nach hinten Verjüngende Schnittfläche. Dadurch beisst sich die Säge nicht im Holz fest. MIt der 500 Katanaboy kann ich Stämme von über 35 cm ohne Schwierigkeiten sägen. Und das in kürzester Zeit. Zur not gehen auch welche bis 45 cm... aber nur liegend. Also Baumfällen würde ich nicht wagen. Aber einen mit 37 cm hab ich mit der Siky bereits gefällt. Problemlos.

This saw cuts quickly and quietly.

こんなに切れるノコギリ初めて見ました。直径30ｃｍ位の丸太も、楽々切れます。背中に背負えるケースも便利です。これはいい買い物をしました。

Die Säge ist der wirklich spitze. Geht durch wie Butter, weil sie wirklich sehr scharf ist.Absolute Spitzenqualität der Verarbeitung.Ich hab mir die Klappsäge zugelegt, da ich im Revier oft eine Säge brauche um umgestürzte Bäume wegzuräumen oder Äste zu kürzen die die Sicht verdecken. Eine Kettensäge ist immer viel zu laut und man muss sie erst holen.Die Klappsäge kann man platzsparend im Auto lassen und kann bei Bedarf sofort loslegen.Der Preis ist natürlich hoch, aber diese Säge kauft man nur einmal. Die Feile hab ich auch gleich mitbestellt, wobei ich aber glaube das der Schliff lange hält. Aber sicher ist sicher.Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

大阪環状線自然歩道の倒木を5ヶ月かかってそれなりの処理できました。50cmまでの杉、檜は難なく切れました。但し、これ一本では無理があり食い込んでしまったときのためにビッグボーイ2000クラスを2本持っているのがよろしいかとお思います。付属のケースはとても使いやすくザックを背負ったうえに襷掛けにすると山歩きにそれほど邪魔にならず具合いいです。よほど石や砂利混じりの木を切らないかぎり歯は大丈夫です。

This purchase was part of my quest to find durable and environmentally-friendly alternatives to common power tools. In the case of the Katanaboy, I was looking for a hand-powered substitute for a chainsaw. After about 18 months of owning and using this tool, I can honestly say.....it does not replace a chainsaw! If you want a tool that turns trees into firewood quickly and with little effort, buy a chainsaw. If you are like me and want to get a bit of exercise while doing chores, don't mind spending a little extra time outdoors, and appreciate effective tools, the Katanaboy is a fantastic choice. It is my primary firewood cutter, as I do not own a chainsaw. I cut a cord of old, hard elm in about an hour, with frequent breaks, although the more I use it, the fewer breaks I need. Most of the branches were under 8 inches in diameter, but I cut a couple of sections that were twice that size (it wasn't easy, but it was fun). I bought a second saw from another vendor for use at work, where part of my job is management of a nature preserve (which includes trail construction and maintenance). In the nature preserve (and at home), I prefer to avoid the noise and pollution of a chainsaw. Trail work volunteers are envious of my "samurai saw" and argue over who gets to use it first.Volunteers almost always bend the blades of my pull-cut saws, but none of them were able to bend the Katanaboy's blade. In fact, after extensive use, I haven't even come close.The saw's handle is comfortable enough. Since it's a pull-cut saw, most of your effort will be on the pull, so a straight handle works just fine (like a tug-of-war). If you pull by bending at your waist or even rocking back and forth on your feet, you can give your arms a nice break. The teeth are extremely sharp, but the locking mechanism has sort of a half-cock safety that minimizes the chance you'll get your fingers caught between the blade and handle while folding the saw. Interestingly, the back of the blade is a pretty effective machete and is good at cutting grass, non-woody weeds, and small dead branches (although this is obviously not its intended use, so be careful). It's fun to pretend I'm swinging around a real katana sword!If I had a big job to do, I would opt for a chainsaw. While I'm confident I cut bigger logs with the Katanaboy (or more than one cord, if I were in better shape), I really don't want to try. I prefer the Katanaboy for small jobs that can be completed in the time it would take to get a chainsaw ready, and for medium jobs that won't take too much time or wear me out. I also prefer its low maintenance, silence, small environmental footprint, and its aesthetic (the experience of using a quality tool, smelling cut wood rather than burnt oil and gasoline, and the sound of birds rather than a two-cycle engine). I am seriously considering buying three more for the family so we can have a nice family outing while getting a larger amount of firewood (and overcoming the saw's main shortcoming when compared to a chainsaw).
