Jede Schraube wird komplett in einem Arbeitsgang aus 6Al/4V-Titan auf einer Schweizer Drehmaschine bearbeitet. Gewinde werden rollgeformt, um maximale Festigkeit und Materialkornausrichtung in der fertigen Schraube zu gewährleisten

I bought these Silca Ti bolts for my Silca Ti cages, and they look great, but my Camelbak Podium bottle hits the top of the too-tall bolt heads every time I insert the bottle. This is a design flaw.The Podium bottle has an ordinary round shape and is the standard diameter.These bolt heads are noticeably taller than a standard button-head M5 bolt, at 4mm vs 2.5 mm.It’s surprising that Silca designed Ti bolts for a Ti cage that have a clearance issue.Returned.
