Non conoscevo l'esistenza di questo prodotto e ne sono rimasto entusiasta.Accuratissima la confezione, in una scatola con plastica sigillata, con l'etichetta in inglese, come da descrizione da sito. All'interno, un commovente biglietto che testimonia la produzione artigianale di una piccola comunità siberiana e ulteriori link per approfondimenti e per sostenere tale produzione locale.Ho gradito il dettaglio sulla data di scadenza, sulle modalità di conservazione e utilizzo (consumare entro 6 mesi dall'apertura).Ho apprezzato l'assenza di additivi e conservanti, la produzione artigianale e attenta a offrire alla clientela un prodotto altamente naturale e puro.Ho voluto provarlo innanzitutto assoluto, su una fetta di pane: il profumo particolare potrebbe non essere idoneo per piatti delicati (es. pesce fresco), ma si combina bene con pietanze dal gusto acceso.La bottiglietta di plastica scura preserva il prodotto dalla luce.Molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ich habe dieses Öl zum Testen erhalten und es hatte nur noch 4 Monate Haltbarkeit bei Erhalt. Das finde ich bei einem Öl nicht besonders gut und erklärt eventuell auch den leicht ranzigen Geruch.Mit sehr viel Fantasie konnte ich auf purem Salat ohne Eigengeschmack dann den Beerengeschmack erahnen, aber mehr kam der unschöne Geruch von älterem Öl durch.Bei knapp 11 € für ein kleines Fläschchen Öl sollte es definitiv besser schmecken. Und länger halten. Die angebrochene Flasche darf man 2 Monate nutzen, das heißt man hat ja nur 2 Monate zum Öffnen.
