No matter how tight I secured this tale protecter, I couldn't get it to stay on. Might be because my horse didn't have much tail hair left at the top because she rubbed it off. That is why I purchased this but it just didn't work out.

The product wouldn’t hold longer than 3 hours on 2 different horses with different amounts of hair. I think product flaw would be the lower velcros should be smaller and the top 2 Velcro straps should be longer since you have to fasten them. The only way I could get them to stay on longer was to vet wrap the tail first and then boot. But even then maybe 6-8 hours at most
