For adult or child its fantastic gift. i use when I fly without kids and it puts me to sleep instantly. My head doesn't wobble on plane and my eyes are in dark.

Lovely item. Saw this abroad in a shop. Brought a different one then.Good quality, soft, compact and light enough to attach to outside suitcase.Good for my 7 yr old.This particular one would likely be too small for teens though. The Pusheen is slightly bigger!

These pillow and eye mask sets are absolutely fantastic and make such a difference when travelling with children, especially on planes on in the car where it is not easy to get comfortable.The headband is a great size and will stretch to accommodate even an adult sized head.Highly recommend.
