Firstly, I do like this attachment, it functions perfectly with its different joints to allow my own joints to acquire a more natural position when performing a rep. The only issue that I have with this attachment is that it hangs too low on my lat machine but that's due to no fault of the attachment itself. Another reviewer, OCR_Racer, had the same experience. I have a Body Solid, Powerline machine which is a light-duty machine, good for home use. When the bar is attached to the cable, the handles hang very low, approximately head height so, using a machine like mine, you won't get a good, full-range-of-motion rep. You'll end up doing half-reps since you're pulling from about your head to your shoulders. I had to solve this by placing a small, plastic stool on the floor behind the machine's seat so that I could sit lower to the floor. The distance between my machine's seat and the cable hanging from the upper, horizontal arm is 54". You will want that distance to be at least a few to several inches greater on your machine in order to get a good, full rep using this attachment. Hope this helps you! P.S. I ordered another of these attachments since my first one was not wide enough. When my second attachment arrived it was missing a bolt. At least one other reviewer had missing hardware as well. Be aware that this attachment may be missing hardware when you receive it.

While the handles feel sturdy, comfortable, and ergonomic, the attachment itself does not.The flat pulldown bar is flimsy and lacks an ergonomic shape and feel.Had the attachment points been more studied, with less loose wobbling, and with the bar having an ergonomic design, this would've been a great set.Overall, it's a little disappointing, as the flimsy attachment points defeat the purpose of being interchangeable, and it isn't helped by the shape of the bar, which is not ergonomic.
