Bowl weight: 73 grams (2.2 ounces.)Folds flat to 16mm (3/4 inch thick.+/- 6" in diameter.Capacity: 600mm/23 fluid ounces (2.5 cups dry measure.) Good size bowl for one person. and so far it has held up well to flexing. The inside bottom is hard nylon glass to resist scratches from utensils.Note: inside flex groove requires attentive wiping! Very robust and serviceable.Highly recommended.

Spent 10 days in the back country, this replaced an earlier version that finally wore out. Wish this could flip inside out so you can really lick it clean before washing it. That may sound gross, but if I can avoid wasting wash water in the back country, then big win!!!

Great sea to summit bowl !.I brought as a upgrade for my sister's gsp.(I have been using one of there earlier range of mugs. Back of pocket, to hydrate,give water to her, while out and about walking in the summer!). Will have in a maxpedition dump pouch,on a belt.
