I love the vest but I wish I had gotten a darker color. I wore it on a warm day for maybe 6 hours and I could already see a neck ring. I sure don’t want to wash it yet. So I purchased some stick on neck tape to see if that helps. But I do like all the pockets. In the right breast pocket there is a key code of suggestions on where to put things. That is helpful when you forget where you put your wallet. The zippers work smoothly with one hand and it’s lightweight. I could see over loading it though and maybe heavier on a side could give you a backache. I only used three pockets so far.

Fit is great and is quite light. I ordered it for a trip to Morocco and wondered if a black vest was appropriate. I’m going to take a chance because I like the idea of traveling without purses and bags.

Fits true to size. Light weight as it states. I plan on using it for airport on boarding. Putting my travel cross body hand bag in my luggage. Expensive but well made.

Thank you for this lovely lavender vest! I have a closet full of ScotteVest jackets, vests, shirts and I love every one of them. I will never carry a purse again. This vest has all the pockets in all the right places, a one-way zipper that is easy to use, and all the security that I need without looking like a clumsy tourist. I took a vest, rain jacket, and warm hoodie with me for a 3-week fall European trip and was amazed at how easy it was to layer as needed for the many weather changes. Never was pickpocketed, never lost a thing--from cash to cellphone to passport. ScotteVest makes good quality that lasts forever.

Just as I hope it would be! I look forward to wearing it on my next trip. It looks like I can stash all my "stuff" in the pockets and not need to carry a purse. Hands free, stuff safe and ...It will be easier on my shoulders!
