Constantly going off, hard to disarm. App is useless as never seems to connect and pair.Ditch the alarm module and its just a disclock

Really like the disk lock perfect item for bikes only issue im having is its saying on app put lock on disc

The Xena XX10 bluetooth arrived Jan 14 2023, reviewed April 25 2023, 4 months later, too late to return the POS.This thing is a piece of you know what. If I could give it zero stars then I would have.It disconnects from bluetooth every week and is useless as alarm (it goes to sleep?) unless I take it apart and factory reset and setup all over again... every 1-2 weeks. I've reset it about 4 times now in 4 months and the other 2 months time it simply worked as a non alarm disc lock unbeknownst to me. This is typical non tested, no quality control Chinese engineering. No wonder they only give you a 30 day guarantee. Amazon gives tech support for 3 months, but that does no good for a poorly designed product that simply is undependable or doesn't work as planned.Another thing, it is like a Frankenstein monster out of control. In its intended design, it has No Warning system before it goes off, it has only a DELAY. If you hear it make a low volume beeps while armed, you can never be sure but 99% IT WILL MOST LIKELY GO OFF according to your preset amount of time, unless the thing had inadvertently RESET itself to which it will go off using default settings, delay =5sec alarm=10sec; shock sensor = high (goes off frequently for unknown reasons, tiny sounds?); movement sensitivity = high (goes off frequently with the slightest touch), siren volume = high;Because the default settings will allow the device to go off constantly for unknown reasons- with very little time to get the key in and shut it off, I always change the settings from default making it less sensitive and allowing more time to get the key in properly and unarm the monster. (hard to do when the thing is beeping your eardrums off).Lastly, the 4th time I had to take it apart, this most recent time to reset it, the clear tab broke off the module and now the module just flops around in there. That's clearly low quality plastic used for the module case. I'll see how much longer the module can work with nothing securing it in place. I only would have had to open the thing about once every 1 to 2 years to change the battery if the Xena xx10 worked properly.The features like alarm and bluetooth that make this a high priced lock aren't dependable if they work at all, so if it was priced at $25 for just the well made lock it would be a good deal. As it is I paid $99.95+tax ($110.19 total) for a run of the mill motorcycle disc lock that didn't even come with a reminder cord. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I'll be much more careful about buying products online with short guarantee and be sure to return within the allowed amount of time. Next time I'll buy the YOHOOLYO 7mm Alarm Disc Lock 110db 5ft reminder cable with carry pouch, all for $19.89.

Motion sensitivity is not very good and the alarm was rather muted.

Paket kam an, Karton geöffnet und das schloss kam mir entgegen mit hinhalt, die verpackung wo es drin sein sollte war nicht verschlossen. Teile waren aber alle vorhanden. App runtergeladen batterie eingelegt, soweit alles gut. Schloss fünktioniert mit der app ohne probleme. Aber wenn ich den Metall deckel schließe wo der sensor dahinter verborgen ist, ist es nicht möglich das die erschüterung den arlarm auslöst. Ich kann das schloss runterschmeißen, Wackeln nichts passiert. Aber entferne ich den Metall Deckel Funktioniert es wieder so wie es soll. Tu ich ihn wieder drauf passiert nichts. Der Metall Deckel verhindert was den Arlarm auslösen soll.
