Appears to be genuine motorcraft. Fit perfectly in my 2013 F150 4x4. I didn't come from the factory with hill descent control, but simply snapping in the new button enabled the feature

I liked that I can order this part directly off of Amazon. But I didn’t get it installed soon enough and when I did my Ford dealer said that there was a problem with it voltage wise, and they couldn’t program/flash my truck for it to work. I’d have to order another one. But my return timeframe had long since passed. Fingers crossed the next one works without issues. Would have given it five stars if it worked, but I’m only giving it three. The two stars that The review did not get is on me because I screwed up.

Worked perfectly. Just had to reprogram the truck with forscan to activate hill decent control.

Plugged right into my '13 XLT harness and worked without any mods. Switch fits perfectly in dash with factory mount. Instant hill descent control FTW!
