I grabbed this mount to try something a little unconventional—attaching my GoPro to the hood of my truck while driving through a ranch. And you know what? It worked like a charm. Setting it up was easy, and the suction on this thing is industrial-grade strong. Seriously, once it’s attached, it’s not going anywhere unless you give it a very firm tug to release.

I've got a confession to make: I bought this to mount an action camera to the hood of my car. Not the usage stated on the label. But you know what? It worked great. Really decent implementation at half the cost. I can't guarantee it will work for you. But if you are mounting something relatively light, this is a good product.
