Is great and an excellent product when it works and when it's new but after a while the port in the back of it starts to be lost and make a bad connection to the USB-B cable to the PC sadly I had to invest in a new one and a better USB-B cable since the port in the back is utterly useless after a while it doesn't want to stay connected to the back of the hub

Auch bei Belegung mit 11 Festplatten, einem Smartphone und einem DVD-Brenner gleichzeitig arbeitet der Hub einwandfrei. Sehr positiv: jeder einzelne Port kann ein- bzw. ausgeschaltet werden. Verarbeitung und Qualität machen eine sehr guten Eindruck. Der Preis geht in Ordnung. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Short version: IF Amazon AT LAST would do something about all the junk and fraudulent products sold on its platform and after all make reviews worth comparing (with requiring written reviews for anything but 3 star ratings and actively hunting down bought 5 star and 1 star reviews for example), this product should still be a solid 4 star product.The hub is capable of providing the 4.5W for high power devices per USB3 port, that's how it SHOULD be with all USB3-hubs (in fact is is capable of delivering a maximum of 5.5W per slot).With 16 ports for devices and 90W maximum output there should be room left for reliably charging something like a smartphone or tablet even if all other ports are occupied with high power devices and according to the packaging each port should be able to deliver up to 5.5W which is slightly short of the USB BC standard, though there is a rather obvious typo (1.1mA instead of 1.1A or 1100mA) on the packaging. Hence the hub is at least slightly to moderately better than the minimum that one should expect of it, which makes it worth 4 stars for charging power. Though as most hubs I've seen aren't even able to provide the minimum (powering a high power device of the same USB spec in every port at the same time) and people rating those disappointments with over 3 stars, I have to bump this one up to 5.There is no way to determine the longevity and durability of a product after a few days of use.The hub looks sturdy and Sabrent offers an extended warranty of 2 years if one registers the product. But as one has to register for the warranty to be extended I'll ignore it, especially as 2 years are the minimum for a newly bought product to keep functioning and the seller has to guarantee that much anyway here. As such I only would be able to rate the impression of being able to at least be as durable as to minimally expected. If Sabrent, who are an at least somewhat known brand, would extend the warranty concerning the internal components to 5-10 years, I'd be happy to rate my impression of durability higher. But again with the amount of literal garbage and fraudulent goods sold on Amazon I'll have to bump it up a star.The hub is not cheap, though not overly expensive either.For the same number of ports, which wouldn't even be able to power the USB spec they are sold as, competing hubs cost only about 10-20% less. And competing hubs that are less frauds than those cost around the same as this one if not more. The hub looks better than necessary, especially considering the rat's nest of cables coming off of it when all ports are populated. A minor stripe I have with the hub is the LEDs' light that is hard to see, if the hub isn't in some shadowy or dark area, and that is bleeding out through the gaps around the switches, but that won't change its rating. Another one is the USB3-A to USB3-B cable that could be slightly longer (another 30cm or 1ft would be nice) but again that's too minor to impact the rating. Overall I'd say 3 stars for the value for money aspect, and again I have to bump it up a star because of all the garbage that somehow gets 4+ star ratings.

I run a sim racing and gaming pic with over a dozen of peripherals attached, and unsurprisingly they often conflict with each other, are out of order in older games, and cause interference when they are not needed (pedals are often seen as Xbox controller inputs, it’s a mess). I tried by all means to fix this via software but it never worked. Unplugging stuff all the time can obviously damage USB ports, moreover they are not so handy. So my idea was to get this and have things turned off on demand. Works like a charm and I still have a few ports left. Charging stuff is very fast with good cables. I’ll leave my iPhone a few minutes and it’ll charge by half easily. The quality of the buttons isn’t the best and it’s unclear how long they’ll last, but I’ll try and be careful with it and we’ll see. It comes with a mounting bracket

Llevo dos semanas usándolo con varios dispositivos conectados constantemente. Llevaba una racha de 4 cargadores quemados, y con este todo bien.Es bastante pro desde como empaquetan el producto y simplemente funciona. Lo único es que tuve que improvisar algo para tapar los leds y no tener luz en la noche.
