These tires are a solid choice if you need a reliable replacement for your fat bike. The tread design provides excellent grip on various terrains—gravel, pavement, trails. These were ordered for a work in progress. We have a streamliner bike. It was originally submitted as a finished, flat black bike for a school project by my son. Years of neglect have taken their toll, and we just want to spiff it up and put it on display. The intent is to use one of these on the rear of the bike with a skinnier one in the front.Digging around, we found a Huffy frame from a bike that I built and rode last in 1970. It had a 16” wheel in the front and a 26” in the rear. To fit this tire in the rear will take a bit of work to expand it. The fork on it is made of conduit! Somehow, I lived through that. That ill be changed out, if for no other reason than safety, but definitely to be less embarrassing.I gave these tires 5 stars because they look awesome. I think I am allowed to say that. I’m a septuagenarian, and maybe that is passe.
