It took me like one hour to install but because I wanted to be super extra careful. These are a perfect fit for my 2024 Wrangler Sahara. They are easy to install, well built and I did not even had to play with positioning them for a thight hood closure, they keep the hood perfectly fine! No more worries for me on someone trying to open the hood anymore.5 stars.

These are awesome! They look good, REALLY hold the hood down well (big improvement over OEM -- no hood flutter at all!), and the fact that they lock is a huge bonus (trust me -- I almost had my Jeep stolen, and the thieves' job would have been a lot noisier and harder if my hood was locked!)The install is easy, but listen to the review titled "Mod them like this to avoid scratches" and add some washers to the upper part of the latch when you do the install. I added a couple of stainless steel washers I had and added about a 1/8" gap and it's perfect -- virtually no chance of paint damage now, whereas the factory setup is a little sketchy unless you're VERY careful.

If you're looking to replace those old flimsy plastic/rubber hood latches, this is the way to go. Be a little patient as there are a few awkward spots that are difficult to reach but easily doable with minimal tools in your garage. Highly recommend.
