This was a Christmas gift for my adult son who is aiming to get to 30 different countries by the time he is 30.He was so pleased to receive this and he can now map all of his visits on this map. He plans to put this in a black frame to mount on his wall. This is a great conversation starter when he has friends round.

It’s the perfect size to see the details in the map. The countries are like a rose gold metallic. I personally like the color and opted to use the push pins instead of scratching off. The pins were included which was a surprise. I only wish the bottom part wasn’t there and the whole thing was just the map. But that wasn’t a surprise. It’s clearly shown in the design when you purchase. I still love it more than any of the other designs I’ve seen online.

This is a great gift for those who love to travel the globe, the map is large and clearly marked, not only can you scratch off the countries on the map but there is an indexed scratch off at the bottom of the map too. It makes it fun to scratch off where you’ve been, for me I haven’t really traveled that much so I have only scratched off holiday destinations etc places that most people have been really. The print quality is good and the scratch off parts work well. It’s well packaged and protected in its tube. Makes a great gift!

This is a scratch off map, like your lottery tickets. It is easy to cleanly remove the gold scratch off material and reveal a colored country or state beneath. The challenge is working to reveal some of the smaller countries, islands or provinces. Not hard, you just need to be careful and take your time.The map is very detailed. It shows large countries subdivided by state or province (see my photo of China). Each location has its capital city marked and named as well as other major cities. Perfect for recording your travels. The large size (32X22 inches), bigger than my refrigerator door, allows for ease of use and sufficient detail but is still not so oversized that you would need to pay for custom framing when finished.Included is a metal scratcher, an eraser, a dusting cloth and six colored map pins and four thumbtacks. You will likely want to buy additional map pins depending on your travels. Everything is packaged in a sturdy reusable tube and the entire presentation is elegant and upscale. Quality made by a European manufacturer, a bit pricey, but nicer than anything else on the market.
