I've rated this 2 stars instead of one because the head and shaft is solid! Really Solid. But my problem is after 2 weeks the grip started slipping off the shaft. As this is a roofing hammer and is going to be used on roofs... a head with a sharp spike flying off a roof into roads streets gardens etc is what i'd call a catastrophic product failure. Not good at all.I add this could just be my experience and have been unlucky...

Excellent service. Item arrived when expected. Seems a touch heavier than some other roofing hammers I have, but it also seems to be good quality too.
