I recently purchased the RoamRider Shooting Mat and it has completely transformed my shooting experience at the range. The extra-large size provides ample space for me to comfortably position myself, and the padded surface is a game-changer for long sessions.The waterproof material is a big plus, ensuring I stay dry even on damp ground, and the built-in pockets and bipod holder are incredibly convenient for keeping my gear organized. This mat has a dry bottom, cushiony pads, pockets and a keeper pleat for the bi-pod. The pad is a bit narrow but will easily do the job. It folds up small, has straps to keep it folded and has a carry handle. I will say the pads and the pleat for the bi pods seem to close for most of us to use but it can be done. There are small pockets for individual rounds and pens. Overall, its a pretty cool shooting mat.

This is a really nice accessory for prone target shooting and field work. I really like the size of the mat - it's plenty large enough for my average height, its made of nice, tear-resistant, waterproof fabric with an extra padding layer in-between for comfort, and it has a couple of zipper pockets with Molle loops to hold my ammo, pens and small range items. I like that there are grommets on the corners, and the bipod 'holder' is actually handy. It folds up into a nice, compact roll that's easy to carry and store. Overall a great value for the money and a real upgrade from the ridiculous moving blanket, yoga mats and other subpar things I've used the past. This is necessary kit that would make a great gift for any rifle shooter. Five Stars!

Shooting mats are often an overlooked piece of range gear but once you use one you won't leave without it. This range mat has plenty of room and is wider than some of the others out there, which is nice, especially if you are a tall or bigger guy/gal. It will help to keep you drier on those damp mornings or days. It is made out of a very water resistant material with an oxford layer that should be very durable and a waterproof/resistant layer. It has more padding than my old shooting mat which is appreciated especially as you get older. There are two pockets for ammo, sight tools, etc. to keep things within reach. It rolls up into a fairly compact size with a carry handle. Great addition for any shooting enthusiast.

I have been very impressed with this mat, and especially for the price. It folds up into a fairly small package, but when unfolded it had more than enough room for me (I'm 6') to be fully on the mat with room to spare. The built in paddling is comfortable, and I like the pockets for extra gear and the ammo bands to hold spare rounds. This shooting mat appears to be well made, and should last a long time. I only wish I had it in the past when I was shooting rimfire competition!
