These work well on heavier doors , fit and operate slowing the close. But rather pricey for only two of them !

I replaced two exposed chrome door bolts with these hidden door catches, and at about £8 for the pair, I'm very impressed with the results.Installation was straightforward, helped by the lip on the front of the bracket to locate the latch perfectly over the edge of the door batten within the cupboard. I then marked the two screw holes, and (using my own screws) fixed each latch in place. I then pushed the enclosed small screw through the disc (that would affix to the door), stuck it to the magnet in the latch, and gently closed the door so it accurately marked where I needed to screw in the disc. Job done.The action of the latch is very positive, the door opens quickly, and plenty wide enough to make it easy to open the cupboard. The magnetic tip holds the door well, preventing it from flying open. The closing action is equally solid and the door remains firmly closed once pushed in. The tips of the latches are also adjustable if needed, but mine fitted perfectly out of the packet.In summary, I'm really pleased with the installation and performance of these catches which give my cupboards a clean line and stop us from catching things on the old bolts as we walk by. Once I've filled and painted the doors, they will look perfect.

Bought these "heavy duty" ones, as I thought the spring in them would be more powerful than the cheaper brand set of 10 I previously purchased. These are not more powerful and struggle with the smaller width doors.
