This is a raspberry pi 3 case with large aluminum heatsink design, it can keep your Raspberry Pi cool when you overclock it. After testing, it can drop temperatures up to 30-37℃. The open case design greatly reduces the interference of the aluminum case on WiFi and Bluetooth signals.

Très bon système qui permet de dissiper bien mieux la chaleur qu'avec de simples dissipateurs, il faut toutefois veiller au contact des processeurs

Dieser stylische Kühlkörper passt perfekt zum Raspberry. Sieht cool aus, leitet die Wäre der ICs ab und ersetzt dabei auch noch ein extra Gehäuse.

Pros:Superior craftmanship. Excellent fit.Installed easilyDropped CPU/GPU Temps by 25 degrees or more (Celcius)Cons:Instructions way too small. (- 1/2 star)Thermal pads impossible to distinguish in thickness reliably. (-1/2 star)I installed using Thermal Paste I had lying around. Put geneorous amount of paste (1mm thick) on component and on housing contact point. Easy to feel that the paste on one side had connected with the component on the other. Use a lot, gaps are wide.I was running 65° c plus w/o heatsink.Now 38° - 39°c normal. Under 4 core 100% CPU stress for 5 minutes temperature peaked at 47 ° !!Definitely worth 11€; buy it!!

Gute Kühlung und dazu die beiden Stiftverlängerungen. Dadurch kann man ein Flachbandkabel problemlos anschließen, was ohne die beiliegenden Verlängerungen nicht möglich wäre. Gut durchdacht.

Love this product as a perfect way to both protect and cool my raspi.The only thing I think could be improved is the instructions / thermal pads. The ones I received were not exactly as shown in the imagery (but still function perfectly, just had to double check thicknesses and fitment)Overall completely recommend this case if you can buy a raspi on the current market

For reference, I used to have two small heatsinks on the top of the pi on the chips, no heatsink on the bottom, and my pi was in a small plastic case. Now, both chips are in contact with this case/heatsink at the top and the exposed part of the chip on the bottom of the pi is as well. I monitored temps prior to installing this new case and it was consistently in the 58-64C range, now it's consistently 40-44C. The case looks good and seems very sturdy and well made.It's supposed to come with 4 thermal pads: 3 larger pads and 1 smaller pad. Two large pads are intended for the top and bottom of the larger chip, the small pad is intended for the top of the smaller chip, and the third large pad is in case you're missing the metal shroud on the top of the larger chip to make up the distance and make contact with the case. I luckily did have this shroud so only needed one larger pad, so I was able to use the extra for the smaller chip. The pad is oversized but ultimately doesn't seem like an issue, and isn't significant enough for me to drop a star. If you need all 4 pads you may feel differently but this is more than good enough for me.

UPDATE: ich habe nur noch auf der CPU ein Wärmepad. Habe aus einem kleinen Silikonschlauch 4 "Unterlegscheiben" geschnitten. Dann die Schrauben soweit angezogen bis sichtbar Kontakt zwischen CPU, Pad und Kühlblock hergestellt wurde. CPU bleibt nun unter 42 °C und das Fiepen (das die pure Platine schon abgibt) wird nicht mehr durch das Gehäuse verstärkt.------------Ich hatte nur 3 Wärmepads, alle gleich groß und laut Schieblehre eher an 1mm Dicke.Im Betrieb ist die CPU-Temperatur von knapp 60°C auf 34°C gefallen, das ist super. Allerdings höre ich nun ein hochfrequentes Fiepen vom Rapsberry 3 B+, welches zuvor im Plastikgehäuse nicht zu hören war. Geht man ganz nah mit dem Ohr ran, hört man ein leichtes Rattern analog zum Rechenverhalten, so wie ich es auch von anderen CPUs kenne.Also, kühlt super! Aber mal schauen ob das Fieben/Rattern bleibt, und ob es ggf. an den zu dicken Pads liegt.
