The knob that tightens it down has a plastic thread... Stripped strait away the old ones had metal threaded inserts. Don't trust this cheap rubbish to stop your rods going over the side.

Although it might seem a little expensive for a piece of moulded plastic, you do as they say get what you pay for. Lightweight but solid quality construction.Though one thing to point out is you need to double check the heads for the correct type to get a solid connection. Check the images to ensure you pair Male and Females ends together, if you dont although it still clicks together, its not going to be anywhere near as strong. Simply push out all the bolts match the ends and put it back together.
