Die Quick 861DW ist eine digitale Heißluftlötstation welche sich an den erfahrenen Anwender richtet.

Genauigkeit ist ebenfalls ein Punkt welcher groß geschrieben wird. Der verwendete Regelkreislauf für die Temperaturregelung ermöglicht eine um +/- 2 °C genaue Temperaturstabilität. Die Luftmenge kann in 0,5 Liter Schritten geregelt werden, hierfür steht ein Bereich von 1 – 60 l/min. zur Verfügung.
Weitere Highlights sind eine Autostandby & Ruhezustandsfunktion welche über einen Magnetschalter im Heißluftkolben geregelt wird. Sobald der Kolben im Ablageständer abgelegt wird, merkt der Magnetschalter dies und aktiviert eine automatische Kühlfunktion. Wenn weniger als 100°C erreicht sind, schaltet die Station den Luftstrom ab.
Es stehen 3 programmierbare Speicherplätze zur Verfügung um Ihre häufigsten Einstellungen schnell zu erreichen. Passwortschutz sowie eine Kalibrierfunktion und ESD-Schutz gehören ebenfalls zum Gesamtpaket.
Der sehr leistungsfähige Heißluftkolben eignet sich ideal zum Aus- und Einlöten von SMD-Komponenten, wie SIOC, QFP,PLCC, BGA usw. / weitere Anwendungsbereiche sind z.B. Schrumpfen, Trocknen, Entlacken, Vorwärmen, Desinfizieren usw.

Irgendwo auch klar.... Da ist hald eine Verdrängerpumpe und keine Kolbenpumpe verbaut, daher weniger Luftmenge, wenn ich richtig informiert bin. Dafür ist das Gerät aber äußerst leise. Wenn man nicht gerade eine 6 lagige PCB mit 70u Kupfer in allen Lagen hat, ist das Heißluftgebläse auch vollkommen ausreichend😂😂

This was my dream device, I had some different chinese cheap brand before but all of them garbage, spend your money 1 time for the best one. Very happy with the performance.

Smidig att använda och gör vad den ska. Har inte jätte mycket att jämföra med. Men gjorde efterforskningar innan jag beslutade mig för denna enhet. Och det känns värt det. visserligen finns det billigare stationer. Men vad man än väljer som är billigare än denna så är det någon viktig funktion eller liknande som man inte får. billigare modeller tar längre tid att värma upp mindre pålitliga i vad de levererar. sämre tigger funktioner för själva handtaget eller bara mycket mer höglagda än denna. Denna enhet är en väldigt bra kompromiss mellan funktion och pris. Finns givetvis bättre enheter på marknaden. Men är man ute efter en enhet man använder lite till medel mycket och kanske inte i en verksamhet så har denna vad man söker.

Ho voluto con questa centralina di reworking ad aria calda aggiungere uno strumento ben costruito e indispensabile per il mio piccolo setup di laboratorio che utilizzo a casa. Premesso che sono nel settore delle riparazioni elettroniche da oltre 20 anni e che ho sempre utilizzato apparecchiature costose e professionali molto mi sento di consigliare a chiunque voglia avere un buon prodotto perché per quel prezzo non si può a mio parere trovare meglio del QUICK 861DW. Prima di acquistarlo ho voluto verificare cosa offrisse il mercato e la mia scelta è caduta sul QUICK 861 DW perché dotato di generatore interno e non sul manipolo ed inoltre perché appariva ben costruito. L'ho testato subito togliendo un BGA abbastanza grande con l'accortezza, trattandosi di una scheda piuttosto difficile da lavorare, di utilizzare un preriscaldatore ad infrarossi come d'altra parte avrei fatto con quello che ho in laboratorio che però costa tre volte più di questo.Ebbene il QUICK 861 si è comportato egregiamente allo stesso modo di altri molto più blasonati che utilizzo in laboratorio per professione.Non solo mi sento di consigliarlo per la facilità e la precisione nella regolazione dell' aria grazie all' utilizzo, ESSENDO UN PRODOTTO ORIGINALE, di un sofisticato motore brushless dotato di apposita scheda di controllo del motore. Ho tenuto a fotografare l'interno per farvi capire la qualità costruttiva che questo prodotto mi ha garantito. tutti i cablaggi sono protetti da una guaina sterlingata per alte temperature e il cablaggio appare ben ordinato. Inoltre un altro particolare che denota che il prodotto è seriamente costruito per uso anche professionale ed ORIGINALE è la presenza di un ben dimensionato filtro antidisturbo EMI al fine di non iniettare in rete i disturbi dovuti al pilotaggio del triac che fa funzionare il riscaldatore.Questo prodotto ve lo consiglio assolutamente perché sono sicuro che come capitato a me vi darà tante soddisfazioni. E' vero che in giro su internet si può incappare in cloni, ma questo è assolutamente originale.Buon lavoro!

Die Heißluftstation funktioniert tadellos und hält die eingestellte Temperatur sehr genau ein, (±5°C) laut meiner Thermocouple.Die Knöpfe für die Schnelleinstellungen müssen ein bisschen länger und fester gedrückt werden, um zu reagieren. Wahrscheinlich um ein versehentliches Betätigen zu verhindern.Den Preis von knapp über 300€ finde ich dennoch zu teuer, da es sich schließlich nur um einen Ventilator mit Heizelement und Regelelektronik handelt.Ab und zu ist das Gerät hier auch für 210€ im Angebot ;)

Do not hesitate, choose quick and you will be satisfied. My previous HotAir was a disaster I thought I would save money buying something cheap but in the end I had to spend twice.The saying you want cheap and good buy twice will work very well.Quick is a bit noisy but does the job and works great.

L'acquisto di questa stazione saldante è stata dettato dal fatto di voler passare ad una stazione più affidabile di quella che avevo e ne sono rimasto veramente estasiato. Come prima cosa tengo a precisare che il prodotto è originale in realtà ero un po' indeciso in quanto un altro utente faceva vedere delle foto di un prodotto fake ed uno originale, ma in realtà le sue foto sono della corpo principale e della base di appoggio del manipolo della stessa stazione e non la comparazione di 2 stazioni saldanti. Al di là di questa osservazione ho testato il tutto con una sonda termica è fatto varie misure a diverse temperature, e come potete vedere dalle foto è molto precisa. A differenza di molte stazioni saldanti ho notato un flusso d'aria potentissimo dato dalla pompa interna infatti basta utilizzare una velocità d'aria molto bassa per ottenere ottimi risultati. Molto utile sono i tasti di memoria con la quale è possibile memorizzare tre differenti profili di temperatura per utilizzarli a seconda della lavorazione da fare. Il suo ampio display digitale permette di tenere sotto controllo sia la temperatura che il flusso d'aria che sono regolabili tramite i tasti posti sul frontale della stazione . In dotazioni ci sono 4 ugelli di diverso diametro Che permettono di saltare comodamente sia componenti piccoli che grandi. La base dove poggia il manipolo è molto robusta e permette l'estrazione di vari ugelli velocemente inoltre quando il manipolo è riposto sulla base la stazione raffredda velocemente la resistenza interna in modo da preservarla nel tempo. Insomma che dire una stazione veramente professionale per tutti coloro che cercano un prodotto affidabile. Unico neo che ho riscontrato è che i tasti di memoria bisogna pigiarlì un po' più forte del normale per azionarlo azionarli.

Da es zu dieser Lötstation viele Rezensionen (auch als Video) gibt, beschränke ich mich hier nur darauf zu bestätigen, dass das Gerät wirklich sehr gut ist. Im Vergleich zu meinem (ab jetzt) Zweitgerät ist diese Station viel leistungsfähiger und trotzdem super leise.Mein einziger, kleiner Kritikpunkt bezieht sich auf das fix-eingebaute Netzkabel. Viel billigere Geräte bieten bereits eine Kaltgerätebuchse...

It works as intended but build quality is not very good. Some screws at the bottom were loose and a worrisome rattling noise was coming from inside the chassis whenever the motor was running at higherst rpm. I had to open the chassis myself to fix it as I needed a working high power hot air station asap. Realize, that opening the chassis may be life-threatening if you don't have adequate tools and education. And you will void your warranty. What I found inside was nothing special. No-name capacitors, chassis-grounded transformer and a couple of partly melted insulations on wires running next to the transformer. Dirty pcb's which looked like they had been sprinled with excess flux and solder. Funny how everywhere is a sticker with "QC passed" -text reading on them. Sure... I disassembled and cleaned pcbs with IPA, taped the wires and tied them up to run as far away from the transformer as possible. Front cover is hard plastic and the three ch-button holes were full of burrs and nicks I had to shave off to make the buttons look and feel not so cheap. Part of the components appear to be machine soldered but buttons, caps and some random components are hand soldered. Machine work is immaculate but manual soldering was so ugly I could not leave them as is. Several oxidised, bulging solders where the components leg were standing in a non-contacting crater in the middle. Accidental drops of solder all around the board. Had to chisel them off. Lot of work but worth it, because it was cheap and now I can actually somewhat rely on the electronics.Don't get me wrong. You get what you pay for here and maybe a bit more. It works very well once any dangerous design and QC oversights are fixed. Until Quick makes sure these problems are fixed, I don't recommend this to anyone with little to no experience in repairing electronics.Edit:typos
