I purchased two of these as vessels to store salt and pepper in for seasoning food during cooking. They look really nice on the countertop and since they are made of marble they blend beautifully with my granite countertop. These little crocks are just the right size, and have a smooth polished finish. The. top sits well into place without any plastic seal rings. Very satisfied with these and highly recommend.

Its exactly what I wanted. I live in Florida and it keeps my salt fresh and keeps the humidity out! I leave it next to my stove so I have it handy while cooking. I just bought a second one for my pink Himalayan salt. The size is just right. I read some reviews that mentioned it being small which I don’t find to be the case for me. I’m very happy with it and it looks very nice as well!
