I bought these a while ago but have only recently use them. My goodness, but they are so much better than the previous cake times I had. I do lightly grease the sides and use a piece of parchment in the bottom but I suspect that's more old habits than necessity.There's never been even the slightest suggestion of anything sticking, and the lip/handle is such a simple idea and an absolute game changer. It makes it so much easier to move the tins into & out of the oven and then to hold them while removing the cake,.There not cheap compared to many others, but they are, in my opinion, worth the cost especially if you do a lot of baking - or even if you don't but plan to be around for along time!
