I bought this famous corkscrew thinking that the screw itself is longer than other corkscrews. It's not. It means that if you try to extract an old, delicate cork from a vintage bottle, this corkscrew cannot extend all the way through the cork, leaving the bottom section of a delicate cork to often break off and stay in the neck of the bottle. A much better corkscrew is made by Laguiole for this purpose (and it is of higher quality at a similar price).

Es sencillamente perfecto. Ya en la Escuela de Hostelería de la Casa de Campo de Madrid, en la cual cursé la antigua Formación Profesional de 5 años era el sacacorchos de rigor, el de los profesionales. Y casi 20 años después de haber pasado por la Casa de Campo lo reitero. El corcho sale de una forma formidable. Me alegro como español de este producto nacional, el cual, es sencillamente una maravilla. Soy de Madrid, tengo que felicitar a estos Catalanes de Pulltex, gracias y seguir así. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo, profesionales o consumidores.
