It is too long.for an average Indian woman it is a task using this if kept in counter top.you have to stretch your neck to see what is going on inside while grinding and it is not at all user friendly even removing the batter.you cant tilt the machine . carrying it to the cleaning area is another task.sure to get back pain .This product is not at all suitable for a modern kitchen or working women.another worst product

Quality of the product is good including the plastics. But the cost for the product is on higher side and makes it not that worthy. We had to buy for its looks :)

If you batter twice / thrice a week this is not an option. Service is good. but often gets repair like drum issues, noise, bearing gone .. may be good for 4 times / month users. not for regular batter making south indian families. good for 2 people and a kid family. if you are a family more than 3, need to go for Ponmani 3 Litre or Lakhsmi / Sowbakya, Butterfly something like that..Purchased on Aug 2020 and writing this review on 10.05.2022. We have used butterfly, Lakshmi, sowbakhya in the past 35 years. This one looked pinky and my wife liked that colour and suited our modern flats like casa grand.. But now i felt that one should not go with appearance in any matters. Based on our usage we need to select the product, brand and capacity
