Love the product and will be getting the powerflex for my rear suspension as well . Nice n solid and very minimal transfer of energy to the cabin .My mk4 GLi now sits perfect in front with the H&R red springs and Billstein sport shocks .

Virtually PERFECT for my (Mk-1) Audi TT roadster, on Bilstein HD (aftermarket mono-tube, gas-pressurized) struts! The pressurized struts/shocks tend to lift the vehicle several millimeters, especially when new, and even after the (Meyle) OEM-style strut mounts "settle in" after a few thousand miles, the ride height still seems a bit higher than would be optimal for relatively spirited everyday driving. After installing a set of Eibach "Pro-Kit" (1.2"-lowering) springs, the height was more what I wanted. Unfortunately, after several hundred miles on (poorly maintained) moderately rough roads where I drive mostly, the stiffer springs caused the softer strut-mounts to compress to the point of binding on the spring hats, occasionally generating some rather annoying thumping noises while changing steering angles. To compensate against the shock forces, I switched strut mounts to the harder (NON-lowering) PowerFex polyurethane mounts. Once back in operation, I noted that the TT's front ride-height had gone up, roughly 0.5~1". I drove the car a couple hundred miles, to see whether the "poly" mounts would compress over use like the OEM-spec ones. If they ever did, it wasn't visually perceptible. So, I decided to get and install a set of these 10mm-lowering mounts.I'm happy to report that the results are well worth the time, trouble and expense! The ride height is most optimal for spirited public road driving, and might even be great for (non-professional?) competition use! Of course, whenever ride height is lowered, one must get used to reducing most parking lot entry/exit speeds to a few MPH, so as to avoid dragging the nose; but with these cars that's usually not an awkward adjustment. And based on the experience with the previous set of polyurethane mounts, I doubt I'll have to worry much about these mounts compressing enough to cause any ride-height related issues, anytime in the foreseeable future.
