Use this with a Plantronics CS540 and on a Cisco 8945 VoIP phone. Great alternative to the Handset Lifter (that does not work great with Cisco phones). No issues with this product what so ever

I'm sure this works fine for a Cisco Voip phone but it didn't work for my Obi1062 phone. Ended up trying another cable and returning this one. I actually have this cable on a Cisco phone at my work and the sound is only okay. That's why I gave it four stars.
