Splurged on these shakers for the bar where I work. Glad I did. The get a good seal and are easy to separate after the shake, saving time and efficiency.

I bought my first a few years ago it was great. Welded around the base and was constructed well. I needed another so I decided to buy a new one... The v2 is nothing like the old one. No weld just solder. If you are asking for a premium price you need to give a premium product. The original was great the v2 looks like y'all tried to make it cheaper to get more profit.

Heavy, feel solid in hand. The polishing is perfectly smooth in one of the shakers, but has some small pits in the bottom of the other shaker. Not worth returning, only a slight cosmetic issue.

This is a great cocktail shaker. Figured there would be a learning curve. Watched a video on how to use this shaker type and I didn’t spill a drop the FIRST time.Be sure to buy a Hawthorne strainer if you don’t have one. I bought a Pima which is same manufacturer as the shaker.Easy to pull apart and clean!
