This attached easily to my exercise bike, and my walking pad that has a small hand rail. It makes exercising less mundane. I'm thinking about downloading an app that leads you through spin type classes. I definitely spend more time on my equipment now that I have this.

The gooseneck on this phone holder allows me to put the phone in the perfect positon to see and interact with my cell phone. I have had other holders before but they are extremely limited as to positioning and you are forced to adjust to them rather than them adjusting to your needs. I bought it to use on my staitionary bike but I am now realizing the potential for lots of other uses: treadmill, stroller, kids wagon, step machine. It attaches solidly and doesn’t vibrate or move around, and is easy to remove and relocate.I particularly like that it has an additional stretchy rubber net that also secures my phone in additon to the clamps. I had a previous cell phone that fell while removing it from my old holder on my spin bike and it cracked the screen on my cell phone and taught me an expensive $250 lesson. Having a second attachment site on a holder is worth is weight in gold, or at least $250 dollars. 5 stars!

I realize the advertised usage for this phone holder is for exercise equipment but I’m finding it quite useful to hold up my phone in a variety of locations. If I need to film something on a desk or table but need both hands free I can clip this onto the edge or onto something heavy enough to hold up the phone and can position my phone wherever I want. I’ve never had one of those tripods for a phone so this holder is currently serving that purpose for me.I actually got this one to try using in my car because my car is fairly small and has no good place to put regular phone holders. Regular phone holders (be it for a vent or suction cup) blocks off something else that I need to see so this holder gives me more options for where I can place my phone and have it be visible without blocking off something I need to see (like my speed).Really solid holder and the grip holds tight because it screws in it’s unlikely to fail. It also came with a rubbery piece (you can see it in my photo as the kind of triangular or fish-tail shaped piece) for going around the upper corners of the phone to hold it snug if you decide to use this on something like a bike.Great phone holder! I’m very pleased with it so far!

I have a bike that sits on a bike trainer and has a few other handle-bar mounted items (bike computer mount, etc) but lately I am always accidentally dropping my cell phone (which either lays across the aerobars at an angle, or sits on a nearby desk). If you have done Zwift before I think you probably know what I'm talking about- once the phone is on the ground you have to figure out how you're going to reach down and get it without falling off the bike, or worry about stopping pedaling and then falling of the back of the group you're riding with, and sometimes you just have to leave the phone on the floor because there just isn't a good time to stop pedaling. At least, that was a problem before I started using this mount!This phone mount was perfect, because it allows me to position the phone right in front of my aerobar pads for easy control of multiple apps (youtube controls, Zwift companion app, reading articles) without risking dropping it on the floor in the middle of a bike workout or race. It's easy enough to grab the phone one-handed and then place it back in the mount if you need, and the gooseneck allows you to get the perfect position. The clamp is also big enough to work well while not being too big and difficult to clamp (as is the case with other clamps that have that rotating bar that you have to slide out of the way). I didn't use the little rubber "safety net" to secure the phone since I'm on a bike trainer, but if you're using a bike that will be moving on the street, it's a must-have.I feel like this can upgrade the enjoyment of your indoor training for a comparatively small amount of money, and to me it's worth every penny.

Perfect for my spin bike to watch my work out videos. I have it horizontal, like why wouldn't you? So u need the rubber supports on imo.
