Pawfly Aquarium Air Stone Disc for Air Pump 7.5 cm - Price when reviewed £8.99I recently ordered this air stone and I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality, the stainless steel seems of a good grade and the air produced by the stone is much finer than your run of the mill stones. You will need a pump running at a good pressure for this stone to work properly, along with leaving the stone to soak for around 30 mins.Recommended product.

This gives a nice display of really fine bubbles, most of the air stones we have used in the past tend to give bigger bubbles which don't look as good. One thing to mention is that you do need a pump with a fairly good air flow, one of our older pumps could not supply sufficient pressure for the smaller air holes and we initially thought there was a problem with the stone. You get a couple of suckers to attach the stone to the glass if you wish, we simply place it on the bottom of the tank. This looks really good as long as you have enough air pressure for it-the five star rating assumes that you have!.
