The quality of this little set is quite average but it does the job its designed to do.I have tested the set on a small wall and used it to paint the edges which it does adequately but I don’t think it will last a long time after washing it out a few times.The tray is pretty standard and holds the paint ok.I feel it is overpriced - £9.76 at time of writing.

Thought i'd pick up this paint edger tool set because i'm in the middle of clearing out & decorating a couple of rooms in the house so thought i'd give this edging tool a try as i'm not the best when it comes cutting in my paint lines by hand when i'm decorating but i'll be honest i was actually pleasantly surprised how well this worked.Now i'm not 100% ready to paint out the rooms yet but for the purpose of being able to write this review i did do a couple test patches so i could test this product & so far i'm really happy with the results.Now admittedly it probably isn't going to be as good as a professional painters finish but it's definitely a lot better finish than what i could of done myself by hand, not to mention being a lot quicker too.I literally just butted the edge tool up against the door trim & slid it down.I did get a spot of paint on the wood in a couple of spots, but that was potentially down to me just doing a quick test & not really taking my time with it, but it was easy to clean up with a rag & was a much better finish than what i could of achieved myself by hand.When i've decorated in the past so i don't go over the edges & make a mess i've had to use masking tape, but this just adds loads more time to the prep work.So i found this to be a really easy & convenient tool to use when trying to cut in your paint lines.I did try the other two paint pads as well & they seem to work really good too.i was using the flat one to paint around the light switch & is was actually quite easy to get a nice line up close to the switch without getting pain on it or having to take the switch front off the wall.After i done my test all the tools cleaned up really well although i was trying to be a little more careful while cleaning them because the paint pad section is only attached via a thin plastic.In the set you get1 x Triangle paint brush1 x Flat paint brush1 x Paint edger1 x Paint trayOverall i've been happy with this paint tool set.It's not super high quality tools by any means but it actually worked really well & i was happy with the results.You could potentially get a better finish by masking up the edges & taking a bunch of time on the prep work but for a quick & easy finish this paint tool set was ideal.
