This is a great product. The resistance is challenging and versatility is so surprising. I'm using it all the time. I can do biceps and triceps while I sit on the couch. It's hard to beat this level of convenience.

Great for convenience exercise, and for toning muscle in confined spaces. Can use this without having to even get out of bed, so maybe also a good rehabilitation tool. NB it warns not to use within 6 inches of your face, so perhaps there's a history of exploding parts / risk to eyes?

This is a well made product, which - when used sensibly will provide the owner with a challenging exercise.I am 72 years old, and the weight lifting days are over. This is a good unit, and provide the videos on youtube are used as an advisery adjunct, I would recommend it.

Ottimo prodotto, avevo già il modello vecchio, ora finalmente vedo su Amazon il nuovo e lo prendo al volo perché non volevo registrarmi al sito del produttore per un solo ordine. Viene detto che le spese sono già incluse (50€) e viene chiesto un documento esempio codice fiscale per evitare rallentamenti....morale che UPS chiede dei non so quali documenti e il pacco viene trattenuto...
