These are ALUMINUM plated! If you didn't know, mixing aluminum and copper (all good radiators are COPPER, most waterblocks are copper) will lead to a chemical reaction that will eventually ruin your loop.High-quality fittings are NICKEL plated, which will not react with brass/copper.The listing says that the aluminum is only on the "outer ring," however even looking at the pictures provided in the listing - you can see aluminum that will be exposed to water - this is a disaster waiting to happen.Also, if you look at the listing pictures, you can see metal shavings at the top of each fitting. While mine did not have this problem, it is indicative of poor quality control.**If you are using an aluminum radiator, the sample you receive has no shavings and is cleaned properly... these should work well. But I have never seen a hard-line custom loop (expensive, time consuming, pinnacle stuff) that used a low-quality aluminum radiator. Also... nearly ALL WATERBLOCKS are copper.If you have an all aluminum loop - give these a try.Otherwise STAY AWAY you will ruin all your expensive components.
