Just what my partner wanted last Autumn when she was busy collecting seeds from the garden.This retro styled tin container for seeds and small tools is a well designed, practical addition to a greenhouse or potting shed. With the tin you also get provided with empty seed packets, seed labels and a marker pen. The lid of the tin has safety locks and there are handles to carry it with at either end of the tin. Inside, the four compartments give enough space to organise and store packets of seed and the small sundries associated with collection seeds.The metal is of a decent guage which means that this tin feels robust and the coat of paint should help protect it from rusting. Perhaps this product is a little more expensive than I had anticipated but they do say that you get what you pay for and I do think that this is a good exanple of this.

Nothing fancy, just good workmanship. The catches work perfectly, and the compartments are a good size. Nothing cheap, and nothing fancy, just a good box.

I bought this as a gift for a gardening friend and liked it so much I bought a second one for a Christmas gift exchange. Well made box, great compartments in varying sizes with spring type latches. I filled the two I bought w/additional colorful, decorative seed envelopes, wooden “gnome” plant markers and metal plant markers with long metal spikes. I added adhesive, rubber pen holders to the inside of the lid and WOW! These made impressive gifts for my gardening friends!

This was given as a gift and the recipient was thrilled to receive it. The box is large and very roomy inside making it possible to store other gardening tools like shears or gloves. It can also fit mailing envelopes if you use those to hold seeds. The box and the latches felt sturdy and durable so it doesn't feel cheap. It was packed well and came with bubble wrap. I was unsure about the word design being tacky at first, but in person, it looks nice. It's larger than it looks in the picture which is a nice surprise. I recommend this product!
