These have been great for my workouts. They are easily adjustable and I've been able to use them for both arms and legs in various workouts. The material is high quality, I feel like these will last a while and won't snap like some bands out there that are similar. Great buy for the price.

The ONETWOFIT Resistance Bands are just the bands. Listing mentioned both so I'm a tad confused. This review is for the bands only, and black bands, as they are what I received.The bands are easy to use and do have some resistance. The stretch seems lighter than the ones I'm currently used to. They are ideal for a starter set or when you're beginning a new exercise.I have these set up on my weight bench for a warm up routine but I'm going to assume they are intended to be attached to ankle bands so you can work the upper body as you walk?Again, this review is just for the resistance bands.

These excellent resistance bands and are a great addition to my mini-stepper. Shorter than the bands that came with my stepper, these came in handy for performing exercises like bicep curls and pull-ups, while I step. I was able to hook the bands sturdy, steel [lock-in-place] clasps right beside those of my longer resistant bands; now I can quickly alternate between the two lengths with minimal pause in my workout; more options, better workout. Great product, good value... Note the length of your choice in the listing.

I was really impressed with the quality of these resistance bands. I've had some in the past that have broken on me but after a month of daily use, these they seem to be holding up really well.

They clipped easily onto the stepper machine I have and are quite sturdy. I only wish that they were a little longer. I am 6'1" with bigger hands and the handles come up about 75% of the way for a curl and due to the handle design rub/roll on my knuckles.
