Nicht neu- wurde wohl schon mal verschickt- sah man auch an der Verpackung. Deckt sich mit noch einer Rezession. Und jetzt auch nochder Ärger, das man das nicht leichte Teil zur Post bringen muss. Sehr ärgerlich

I have injuries in my knees and I ultimately purchased this to help build muscle to support my knees in addition to weight lifting. When I do weight lifting circuits I’ll jump in between sets or jump to warm up. Sometimes I talk on the phone or listen to music on headphones while I jump.It is well made and quiet - not noisy at all. The price is great and it was easy to put together, my 10yo son and I built it together. I notice him spending time on it too which is great.Rebounding is great for lymphatic drainage and overall health. I heard someone once say that we really slow down when we stop jumping. At 41 I still play competitive volleyball and jumping is important to my overall health although it is definitely getting harder.I would buy this again!

Aufbau war eher kompliziert aber es hat sich gelohnt. Die Federung ist super. Meine Jungs und Katze lieben das Trampolin ebenfalls

I'm happy with this purchase. The trampoline is sturdy and solid, and quiet when you're jumping on it - which is what I was looking for. It's easy to assemble until you get to the handle bit, which I needed extra help with - and extra tools.The written instructions are not good, but the video did make up for that. It is light to lift for storage, but the handle makes that a bit awkward. I might end up taking it off again, as I haven't been using it so far.

Das Trampolin ist super einfach aufzubauen. Ich habe mir das Anleitungsvideo auf Youtube angeschaut, da die Anleitung in der Verpackung für mich nicht ganz verständlich war. Aber ich und meine Familie benutzen es jeden Tag, es macht wirklich viel Spaß, viel besser als andere Cardio-workouts. Außerdem ist es auch super leise, also die Nachbarn bekommen vom springen nichts mit!

I do need more exercise at my age and after a long hospital time and decided to buy this trampoline.Really nice. I have to start slowly and at the moment am just bouncing most of the time. I will gradually move up. Glad that I bought it and the smallest size is just perfect. Bigger is not needed.

It was definitely worth watching the video to see how the white tube fits snugly into the bungee ball. Once I got the hang of it I used the ratcheting motion of the white tube rather than involving my fingers, and that works a treat. So save your fingers and only rely on the tube! The trampoline mat looks tiny at first, but I sat on the floor and pushed the frame against the wall and that gave me leverage to really pull the bungee elastics. It's worth reminding yourself that these are elastics, so they can really stretch - use force for the first few. The nuts attached to the bolts did not work (didn't turn more than a couple of times) so the handle couldn't be fixed on. However, I went to purchase some nuts for 8 mm bolts and then the bolts worked fine and the handle is now securely in place. Seems pretty solid. 4 stars only because the nuts didn't work.

We’re very happy with the trampoline now that it’s assembled, but getting there was a hassle. The shipment was missing some bungee cords. The seller was good about sending more, but it took a couple weeks to ship them from China. Assembly is fairly easy once you get the knack, but the instructions are terrible! Just ignore the printed instructions; the video is better, but still hard to follow.

Nice size strong construction, the picture on the instructions could be larger on how to connect the bungee Cordes.
