Carter online sales is amazing they are used products but they look and operate perfect. I will buy more products but only from carter online sales that’s how much I like their use products

I have about 60 tapes from twenty years ago that I wanted to sort through and decide what to keep. On them were songs recorded live many of which have never been released. The recorder was reasonably priced, arrived quickly, and looked to be in great condition. After listening to about 30 minutes of one tape, I put in the next tape and there was no sound. I immediately put in the 1st tape and now IT had no sound. Frustrated, I left it alone for a few days thinking I wasted my money. Day 3, I tried again and it worked. I spent a few hours a day for two days going through tapes with no problem. At the end of that second day, I put in the next tape and...no sound again. Because I had been so successful up to this point, I assumed the tape was blank and tried out in another. No sound. I put in one I already listened to, again, and nothing. I would give one star, but I did get through about half my tapes. It should have lasted longer than 2 days!

I am a writer and I decided to get a new micro recorder for work. I prefer tapes to digital so I went with the Olympus pearlcorder. I used the product, everything recorded fine and clear. However, my headphones don't fit in the headphone jack! I've tried four sets to include my Ipod headphones and nothing fits! I'm not sure what, if any, size headphones would fit, but I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this product.
