This fabric has a good weight to it and a firm stretch in both directions. It will work perfectly for either a swim suit or a sports bra since its stretch is firm enough to offer good support. The fabric is not see through and feels like the same thickness as fabric used on bathing suits offered in retail stores. The navy blue color is classic navy blue and a great color for most people. The material has a matte finish which is excellent for swimwear.

I don't know much about different fabrics. This one is stretchy. Although they mention using it for swimwear, I also see a picture of a woman wearing leggings. I think it would be interesting to try and make leggings with these.

The fabric is OK it’s not the highest quality, but it’s definitely not the lowest. Unfortunately the color is not the same as in the photo. This happens often when you purchase fabric, which is why having samples as always wonderful, but unfortunately, the color was too off for me. It looks dingy and a little too dusty for my project
