This knife is a good size and has a nice feel to it when using. It is great for cutting brownies in a non stick pan so as not to ruin the non stick finish. It is also heat tolerant so you can cut things right in the pan, like meat.

I just received this item and have yet to use it. My criticism is the packaging. From the photo, I thought this knife came with a sheath but it is simply a photo of the knife and the box; very misleading. Also, the box is too small and the knife is very snug in the box, making it a challenge to remove without destroying the box. As I plan to use this only for outdoor get togethers, I want to store the knife in the box.
