After connecting to Bluetooth, the GPS sound is too small.You have to connect to the car audio aux to get the sound to normal volume.The monitor screen quality is excellent.The connection with the smartphone is fast and accurate.The GUI is also intuitive and easy to use.It is a great product that can be easily installed in the vehicle.

An sich ist es wirklich sehr cool. Die Rückfahrkamera habe ich noch nicht angebracht aber die Dashcam ist schonmal super. Der Ton ist nur leider extrem schlecht.

Now it's great my car is 2003 perfect product you can not go wrong very accurate i got it it 2 day ago it took me 15 minutes cause it's my truck the only thing I had to buy it an extension for the rear camera that's all .I took off my dash old camera i install new one which came with it perhaps it came with rear and front now I got more space in the front of the truck less cables awesome. Let's see happens next days driving

When it worked I would have given it 4.5 stars. Screen is great, Android Auto support good. I hadn't yet hooked up the rear camera but a quick test and it looked like it worked well. Front camera is nicely setup, being able to adjust the angle. A few downsides that dropped that half star - it would often randomly reboot. The night mode is manually setup on the device and not linked to Android Auto for some reason.So why my 1 star review? Well, today, after about 2 months, it rebooted 3 times while I was driving, in succession, and then stayed off. The final black screen was accompanied by a faint smell of burning plastic which is always delightful while driving. I immediately unplugged the cigarette lighter power adapter it came with and smelled it - pretty sure that was the source. The adapter is still working - my phone is connected via its USB outlet and send happy still. But the screen is dead. Now to try to receive some kind of customer support.Based upon my experience I cannot recommend this device.Update: I contacted the manufacturer and obtained really great support. I was sent a replacement power supply and everything is back up and running. When the screen wasn't working I realized just how much I missed it. Now that it's working I appreciate it all the more. Review changed from 1 star to 5 stars for the product and after sales support.Update - 5 monthsThe replacement power supply died. I'm dropping 1 star for this, but DO still highly recommend the unit. Just do yourself a favor and accept that the power supply is useless and just substitute your own USB-C power supply and cable.
